Penny joined the NHS in February 1994, and has worked in a wide range of roles across Kent and Medway from administration in the earlier days to finance, information /performance management, commissioning / service redesign and more latterly contracting (both acute and community). Penny joined MCH in November 2012 this was her first position in a provider environment having worked in commissioning organisations prior to this. Penny now leads on our operational services.
