If you feel you are suffering from a complaint that could benefit from physiotherapy and you have a Medway or Swale GP, you can make a direct referral without visiting your GP.

From midnight on 30th September, the MCH website will cease to exist. All relevant information, forms, documents and news will move to the KCHFT site: NHS | Kent Community Health
