Medway Community Healthcare (MCH) provides a wide range of high quality community health services for Medway residents; from health visitors and district nurses to speech and language therapists and out of hours urgent care.
The Friends and Family test is a National feedback initiative from NHS England. This form of feedback was recommended within the Francis Report in 2013 and there is a requirement of all NHS organisations to provide an opportunity for services users to give feedback on their experiences.
The FFT survey asks one questions; ‘overall, how was your experience of our service?’ and you provide an answer on a rating scale from ‘very Good’ to ‘very poor’. You can find more information on why the FFT question is in place and how the data is used here - https://www.nhs.uk/using-the-nhs/about-the-nhs/friends-and-family-test-fft/
