If your child is over 3 years with a continence issue, please call the Duty Health Visitor on 0300 123 3444 (option 4) for support. Following input from Health Visiting Team, if your child is not showing signs of readiness for toileting or has a medical condition that affects their continence, they will be referred on to the Children’s Nursing Team.
