Equipment Provision 

In order to meet your health needs, you may require additional equipment to help support you. At MCH, we work in collaboration with Medequip. Following a prescription from our staff, Medequip can provide equipment on a loan basis for you to use in your place of residence.

If larger pieces of equipment are needed, a referral to social services can be advised. 

If you have concerns over your equipment, such as it is faulty/ needs replacing. Please contact them directly on the details below or the phone number provided on the equipment sticker.

Returning Equipment

If the equipment you have been provided is no longer required, please contact Medequip, so they can organise to collect the equipment. 

For smaller pieces of equipment, these can be dropped off at Medequip depot in Rochester or there are amnesty bins located at Medway Hospital and various healthy living centres in Medway, such as Lordswood and Rochester.
