We are a team of qualified podiatrists with specialist interests and knowledge in movement patterns and difficulties within the lower leg and foot. We work with children who have difficulties with movement, posture, gait and possibly pain. We work across several clinical sites and will see your child for assessment and treatment at one of these.

Initial appointment - carried out by a qualified podiatrist. This can take up to 1 hour and involves a case history taken from yourself and a range of assessments carried out with your child and you in the session.

Therapy intervention - carried out by our specialist team. Each session can be up to 45 mins dependent on the individual child. During this session strategies will be demonstrated with you and your child to target specific areas of difficulty.

MCH do not deal with ingrown toenails or verrucae.  Please refer to kentchft.podiatrydgs@nhs.net for ingrown toenails and for verrucae to Sussex Community Dermatology Service on either 01732 651041 or northkent.dermatology@nhs.net.
