Wishing you well over the festive season: A message from Martin Riley, Managing Director of MCH

As we approach the end of the year, I want to extend my warmest wishes to you all during this festive season.

Throughout the year, across the NHS, we’ve faced challenge and change. Nonetheless, throughout our staff have lived our organisational values, showing compassion, aspiring to excellent quality care; working in partnership and responding and adapting to the needs of our patients and communities. Every year I am most proud of the care we’ve provided, and the staff I am lucky enough to call colleagues.

You, our patients, have lived many of these challenges with us and I want to thank you. Thank you for supporting our staff through compliments and feedback. Thank you for letting us know where we can do things better, and working with us to get there. Thank you for being part of our ongoing improvement and development through innovation.
