Blood test appointments

*Update* the DART system is working again so we can use F Numbers and paper blood test forms.

The DART system used across Kent and Medway for blood tests is currently not working. It is being investigated.

In the meantime, if you are coming in for a blood test, we are only able to see patients who have a blood test paper form. If you only have an F number, we are unable to use these and you will need to book a new appointment when you have a paper form via our website or call us on 0300 123 3444. The paper form will be available from your GP or the person who requested your blood test.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We will let you know when the issue is resolved.
