We recognise that due to the current pressures on NHS services, more patients are seeking advice and signposting and this means customers contacting the Care Coordination Centre by telephone may experience delays as demand continues to increase.

We would like to apologise for any delays you may encounter, however, there are alternative methods of contact you can use to help reduce waiting times when calling in.

Our telephone system provides a number of options which callers can choose from:

  • You can request a call-back. We will call you back within 24 hours during our service opening times (please note this is not the case for complaints)
  • You can leave a voice message which will be picked up within 24 hours during our service opening times (please note this is not the case for complaints)
