Chat Health is a secure NHS approved text messaging service. All Medway young people aged 11 – 19 can text 07480 635 786 to start a conversation with a School Nurse.
Anything from relationships, mental health, bullying, alcohol, self harm, healthy eating, drugs and smoking.
Young people can chat about a mental or physical health worry or question and the team will answer questions and offer confidential support and advice.
