Medway Community Healthcare invites people of all ages across Kent and Medway interested in a career in health and social care to join our organisation as an apprentice. Apprenticeships are an excellent way to continue with your qualifications, gain high quality work experience. Learn new skills and get paid at the same time.

Individuals will undertake an apprenticeship that combines studying towards a relevant vocational qualification whilst working at Medway Community Healthcare, which provides an extensive range of NHS community health services for adults and children plus specialist, urgent and out of hours services.

No experience is necessary to apply for an apprenticeship as all training will be offered as part of the scheme.

We offer apprenticeships in health and social care, and business administration. The length of the apprenticeship varies from 12–18 months depending on the level you are studying.
